Store Keeper Cum Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Responsible to compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment.
- Count merchandise before sending out to outlet or customers and posts totals to inventory records.
- Check all the incoming stock accurately before move to store room.
- Compare inventories to office records or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
- Verify computations against physical count of stock and reports reasons for discrepancies to immediate superior.
- Assist in other general Operation functions and ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, preferably in the retail industry.
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM/STPM/ Certificate in any field.
- Required traits: Able to work independently with minimal supervision, team players, responsible, possess strong communication and analytical skills, self-motivated, aggressive and initiative.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.

Requirements:

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of documents and perform department’s housekeeping activities from time to time.

Requirements:
- Candidate should possess minimum SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant working experience preferably in administrative.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Candidate should have adequate competency in using computer application software such as Microsoft Excel, Word and etc.
